The President of Germany, Christian Wulff, laid a wreath at the tomb of Theodor Herzl, the visionary of the State of Israel and founder of the World Zionist Organization,on Jerusalem`s Mt Herzl at 10am on Sunday, November, 28th. He was escorted by two officers of the German Army.

President Wulff was accompanied by Dr. David Breakstone, the current Vice-Chairman of the World Zionist Organization.
